Blue Denim Baby and Mingles

The last time my mum visited, Ashley received a nice dark blue denim dress handpicked personally by my dad. Since he couldn’t be there in person to see Ashley, here are some photos of her posing with the new dress. Enjoy mum and dad!

On this bright and sunny Saturday, we had lunch at a sausage place called Mingles in Novena Square with Merv and Alayne. These family lunches are a good time to catch up with one another especially since all the Kwok siblings have somehow ended up in Singapore together. Merv had just finished helping out at a church friend’s wedding (of which I wasn’t invited!!!) and Alayne had just finished church. Needless to say, everyone was famished!
That’s us before the food arrived. As usual, I’m missing from the picture.

Thanks for posting these pictures. Ashley has lost some of her baby fat. Now she not only swims like her mum, got mum’s dimples too!
Tiger: She has learnt the art of posing but for only a split second. So this overworked photographer has to keep snapping and snapping as she moves around. Hehe… And yeah, now that you mention it, my sister does look a lot like Merv. I wonder why I’m the odd one out.
Kaidy: Yup. Not only is she walking, she is running and climbing stairs too! She’s really active but I guess there’s tons of baby fat to burn.
Oh yes, we must catch up over MSN and looking forward to your return! And Koh Samui is really lovely I heard. Nice white sandy beaches and azure sea. I long for a holiday…
Viv: Mum has one dimple, baby has 2! Hehe…
Dad: Hmm really? Her tummy is still really round. Zhiyi thinks that she is overeating and keeps telling me to stop feading her ribena, ice cream, cake and chips. I hope she doesn’t become resentful. Haha…
